Bio: Bill was born and raised in Windsor and attended local schools. He began his real estate career 35 years ago, opening his own realty company under the name of Wm. R. Smith Realty. After 22 years, he joined Century 21 and has been affliated with this franchise for 13 years. Bill is a Certified Residential Specialist as well as a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute. The Century 21 Wm. R. Smith Realty is an exemplary leader in the Real Estate field and has maintained its status as a gold medallion office for several years as well as being a consistent recipient of numerous quality service awards. Bill is past president of the Windsor Rotary Club, a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Windsor Elks. His company is active in community affairs and participates yearly in the Windsor Shad Derby and Chili-fest.
